This is an image I finished working with Zbrush and a modeling plugin I have made called Head designer for Cinema 4d. The texturing was done in Zbrush other than UV editing in bodypaint.
A few touches in Photoshop came at the end.

It is a portrait of a neighbour of mine whose name is actually Fred.
